Jackfruit in many forms
Jackfruit is delicious! To me it tastes like a cross between banana and mango with a rubbery texture!
The dark yellow part is the edible fruit. The seeds can be steamed and tastes like a cross between potato and breadfruit. The seeds can be planted and a Jackfruit tree will germinate in about 3-4 weeks!
