A mesmerizing performance about disease and it’s effects on the human body and soul. ‘Le Tératome‘(teratoma) is a Greek term, meaning ‘Monster Tumour’. Movements start slow and are followed by violent spasms and convulsions. The sound is intense and resonates from speakers attached to the inside of large rectangular metal pieces suspended from the ceiling. A dark, piercing, poetic piece that will haunt my thoughts for many months to come! -SLB-
